Job Requirements:  The ideal candidate will demonstrate a variety of instructional strategies, create an optimum learning environment for the students, and will possess the ability to work successfully as a team toward achieving school goals.  Applicants must demonstrate effective classroom management and knowledge of standards based grading practices.  Applicants must also have knowledge of and/or desire to learn research-based instructional strategies, including effective use of technology in the classroom and a willingness to implement small, flexible groups in ELA and math
