The Richland R-IV School District is currently accepting applications for an enthusiastic and talented Secondary Business instructor for the 2025-2026 school year.  

Applicate must pocess a valid Missouri Teaching License and

• Demonstrates appropriate preparation for classroom instruction and curriculum as adopted by the Board of Education.
• Follows District Teaching Standards and implements a variety of effective teaching techniques that take into consideration different learning styles and individual differences in students.
• Translates lesson plans into learning experiences so as to best utilize the available time of instruction.
• Demonstrates knowledge of subject matter and participates in selected professional growth activities in the teaching area and in other areas of educational improvement.
