Richland R-IV School District is seeking to hire a certified teacher for the 2025-2026 school year for high school math.  

 

Duties and Responsibilities include:

Demonstrates appropriate preparation for classroom instruction and curriculum as adopted by
the Board of Education; Follows District Teaching Standards and implements a variety of effective teaching
techniques that take into consideration different learning styles and individual differences in
students; Translates lesson plans into learning experiences so as to best utilize the available time of
instruction; Demonstrates a knowledge of subject matter and participates in selected professional growth
activities within the teaching area and other areas of educational improvement; Participates in curriculum development programs and committees as required; Participates in faculty committees and the sponsorship of school activities; Demonstrates an ability to motivate students to develop their full potential; Establishes and maintains standards of pupil behavior needed to provide a productive classroom environment; Follows policies and procedures of the school district as developed by the Board of
Education and Administration; Follows District Staff Conduct policies and demonstrates positive interpersonal relationships
with students, parents, peers, and school administration; Supervises students in out-of-classroom activities, hallways, etc.; Selects and requisitions instructional materials and textbooks for curricular areas and
maintains required inventory records; Shares other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the administration.
