Greet and assist students, parents, staff, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain accurate student records and attendance data
Prepare and distribute school communications
Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate events
Assist with registration, enrollment, and withdrawal processes
Support the daily functions of the school office and perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Previous experience in an administrative or school office setting preferred
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Proficient in basic office technology
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Positive attitude and ability to multitask in a busy environment
