Responsibilities:
Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with Missouri Learning Standards
Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment
Use a variety of instructional strategies and assessments to meet the needs of diverse learners
Integrate technology to enhance student learning
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
Participate in professional development and school improvement initiatives
Maintain accurate student records and grades
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Science Education or related field
Valid Missouri teaching certification in English Language Arts (5-9) or (7–12)
Strong classroom management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
